Eastlake Football Club – Annual Report
Spectrum has designed Eastlake’s report for a number of years. The club trades on it’s rich football heritage and we tied this year’s report back to that history as well additional communications we’d developed for them.
Due to time constraints around production inclusions such as their financial pages from the auditor’s and their annual general meeting [AGM], we need to produce the report quickly and cost effectively and have it mailed out to members before their AGM.
Production considerations include having approved concepts before content is sent to us, finalising style sheets and template graphics for typesetting and having the report printed as a self cover. This means the cover and text pages are the same weight – much like most magazines. This is a cheaper and quicker approach as there’s less time preparing the artwork files from our end and it’s quicker to print and collate the report.
